Multiple issues arose, like malfunctioning TV sets that weren’t addressed during the stay and poor room service response times. an hour wait for breakfast, only to discover the order hadn’t gone through. The unreliable lift access made getting to the sixth floor a hassle, especially after long days. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt uncoordinated, making for a frustrating experience during what should be a relaxing stay.

Breakfast offered a huge selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and various hot and cold dishes, which I really appreciated. The gym facilities were among the best I've encountered in hotels, with a good variety of equipment for a solid workout. However, there were definitely areas of improvement. The elevators were slow, and on several occasions, they were out of order, which created some hassle getting to my room. There were also inconsistencies in staff service. while some were attentive, others seemed disorganized and inattentive.
